What if you don't take my insurance?If we are not in-network with your plan, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits. A limited sliding scale may also be available in certain cases. Please reach out to learn more about options.

All sessions are currently offered via secure telehealth, allowing you to access care from the comfort of your own space.
Where are you licensed?The Therapy Bridge in licensed in MA and currently provides telehealth services across Massachusetts. New Hampshire availability is coming soon.

Services are currently offered in English and Spanish. As The Therapy Bridge grows, we hope to expand language accessibility even further.
